During an internship (engineering internship) at TELECOM Bretagne in summer 2007, after my master 2 research internship, I was bring to develop a platform to test security notions (deployment, reinforcement) for the POLUX project
During this internship, I used deployment and security concepts such as:
- network services deployment:
+ webmail, mails servers, webservers
- network services securisations:
+ PAM LDAP authentication
+ ciphering technics (SSL certificates for authentication and confidentiality, HTTPS connexions between services
- enhancement of services security with kernel based security controls:
+ SELinux platform
+ analyses of existing SELinux Policies and reinforcement
