Short Bio

I am a professor at IMT Atlantique (Brest, France) in the department of Computer Science. I also belong to the ADOPNET research group with the D2 department of the IRISA. I am gender equality advisor at Telecom Bretagne.

I hold an "Habilitation à Diriger les Recherches" (HdR) in Computer Science from the University of Rennes 1, and a PhD title in signal processing from Telecom Paristech. I have received the engineering degree from Telecom Paristech and a Master of Science degree in probabilities and applications (master "El Karoui") from the university of Paris 6.

As a lecturer I am in charge of different topics such as performance evaluation (queuing systems), statistical methods (Monte Carlo methods, MCMC, HMM, large deviations) and network and information security (cryptography, network security).

As a researcher I have been the advisor of 10 PhD students and a number of post-doc students. I have been involved in different collaborative research projects at national level (ANR OSCAR, ANR VIPEER), at European level (NoE EuroNF, FP7 IP ETICS, FP7 IP DEMONS) or in relation with South America (STIC AmSud MAITRE and PROVE, ECOS-Sud projects). I collaborate with different industrial partners, in particular with Orange labs.

I am a member of the steering committee of the Network Traffic Measurement and Analysis conference (TMA), an associate editor of the Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies (ETT) and a member of the scientific council of Association Française pour le nommage Internet en Coopération (AFNIC).
