During this year, I will be working on the European project SAIL. I'll be working in a transport layer solution to improve network coding performance when deployed under TCP, and in implementing our multipath congestion control algorithm: DWC in a Linux OS in order to perform real experiments.
I was visiting the "Math and Computer Science" Department in Franklin and Marshall College, Lacanster, PA, USA from March 29, 2010 to May 15, 2010 to work with professor Janardhan Iyengar on the "shared bottleneck detection" problem for CMT (Concurrent Multi-path Transport protocols).
I was a member in the design and programming team fixed by the Higher Education Ministry of Tunisia to develop the software "SALIMA" that manage the LMD System in Tunisia.
The work I did there was to design all databases of the system and a big step toward the final version. I stopped working there to start my PhD.
This experience was an occasion for me to extend my knowledge in PHP, Java, Ajax and SQL.
I was a trainee in Telecom-Bretagne to do my final-year project (developing different modules on NS-2 to simulate re-ordering, deterministic losses and deterministic delay) and my Master thesis (a simulation study of High-Speed versions of TCP)
