Short Bio

I'm a cybersecurity consultant, entrepreneur, and researcher with more than 10 years of experience. I hold a PhD in Cybersecurity and Privacy, and have published several books and chapters on Cybersecurity topics, such as cyber threat intelligence and deception security (cf. Publications).

I am a specialist in security governance, privacy, risk assessment, and threat and vulnerability management. I'm also a Trainer of DevSecOps (on how to secure development and operations from early stages of software development life cycle) in Polytechnique Montréal. Innovation projects are also areas on which I love working.

I have the privilege to win several awards for my innovative initiatives, including the Best Innovation Project of the Year 2020, the European Trophy of the Cyber Woman in 2022, the cyber talent trophy in Quebec in 2023 for my role as a Mentor. I am passionate about raising awareness and sharing knowledge on Cybersecurity, and aims to help organizations and individuals protect their data and assets from cyber threats.

Before :

I was an expert consultant at Orange Cyberdefense, a leading European provider of Cybersecurity services and solutions and I was member of the selective International Orange Expert Community. I worked in several international projects and joined the CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) in Montreal, specifically the Vulnerability Operation Center to support our Customers in the Americas plate. 

I was a Post Doctor at the Sorbonne Universities and a Visiting researcher at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication, China (BUPT).

I obtained my Ph.D. degree in January 2014 from IMT Atlantique (ex. Telecom Bretagne) (Rennes, France) of Institut Mines Telecom. Before this, I received the Engineering degree in computer networks and telecommunications from INSA.T and the M.S. degree in electronic systems and communication networks from the Polytechnic School EPT.
